The context

Brands and entrepreneurs struggled to find and book short-term retail space; landlords had empty units. Go—PopUp set out to build a digital marketplace connecting both sides.

What I did

  • — Co-founded the company and led it as CEO from concept to international expansion
  • — Raised €2M+, including an equity crowdfunding round with The Crowd Angel and a media-for-equity deal with Grup Godó
  • — Built a team of 30+
  • — Created partnerships such as insurance for temporary spaces with Catalana Occident
  • — Led the company through an international merger and exit

Campus Founders, in Heilbronn, runs programmes for founders and future leaders. Founder development and wellbeing needed a structured place alongside venture support.

  • The Founder Wellbeing Track was incorporated into the AI Founders Accelerator and the Leadership Talent Academy
